AlleysMap presents a dynamic and immersive video experience integrated with geographic mapping, offering a unique platform for geo-tagged video sharing. Users can capture visually compelling footage of streets, landmarks, and activities encountered during travels, ensuring precise placement on the map to reflect actual locations.

The platform provides an extensive collection of vivid imagery from diverse locations worldwide, enabling users to explore destinations through shared videos. It serves as a versatile tool for those interested in documenting outdoor pursuits such as hiking, trekking, and cycling, or simply preserving memorable travel experiences in a detailed, spatial context.

Target users include travelers, outdoor enthusiasts, virtual explorers, and professionals requiring route monitoring or area surveillance. AlleysMap's features facilitate creating comprehensive records of visited places, managing walking tours, and maintaining detailed archives of specific regions or routes.

Main features encompass an intuitive camera interface for seamless geo-tagging video recording, a map-based player for playback and sharing, and automatic collection of GPS data including signal strength, distance traveled, speed, altitude, and geolocation. The My Map feature enables users to review and share their travel history with others. Community engagement is fostered through ranking systems at monthly and total levels, encouraging global user participation.

Moreover, the platform supports uploads from external devices like action cameras. Despite being in beta for approximately a year since its launch, users have recorded over 6,000 km of footage. Notable trails documented include the 650 km Korean Baekdudaegan, 420 km Jeju Ollegil, 80 km Hallasan Dullegil, the 4,300 km US Pacific Crest Trail (PCT), the 1,400 km Shikoku Pilgrimage Route in Japan, as well as routes through countries such as Bhutan and Nepal.

AlleysMap advances its offerings with virtual tour content creation, community map collaboration, and navigation services supported by user-generated videos.
